AMARIL is made up of two buildings: In the main house, you'll find 14 spacious, elegantly appointed suites, each with floor-to-ceiling windows offering views of the lush greenery. Every suite provides ample space to unwind, featuring a tea and coffee station, minibar, and a balcony or terrace. It's the perfect balance of privacy and comfort.

Just a short walk away, the second building houses 11 apartments, each equipped with fully stocked kitchenettes and modern appliances – ideal for guests who enjoy cooking while on vacation and want the flexibility to personalize their stay.

The expansive garden, scattered with cozy sunbeds and framed by a colorful sea of flowers, invites you to linger. Two pools – a heated outdoor pool and a rooftop infinity pool – offer refreshing dips and peaceful relaxation. The wellness area further enhances the experience, with a bio-sauna, Finnish sauna, and steam room to provide soothing warmth. For quick breaks, a tea and fruit bar is always stocked and ready.

The day at AMARIL begins at a leisurely pace with a breakfast buffet. From 7:30 to 10:30 AM, guests are treated to fresh, locally sourced products, carefully selected and beautifully presented. To start, a tiered platter of cured meats and fresh fruit is placed on the table, followed by a buffet filled with a variety of options. It's the perfect way to begin the day – without rush, but with all the flavors that make the Vinschgau region so unique.

In the evening, the award-winning TERRA restaurant, recognized with two golden forks by Falstaff, invites guests to indulge. The cuisine here focuses on simple, honest dishes made with fresh, seasonal ingredients from the region. A four-course menu allows you to experience the diversity of South Tyrol in every bite – and on sunny days, you can even enjoy these culinary delights on the terrace. A true highlight is the hike to the charming Zirmtalalm, nestled along the turquoise shores of the Zirmtalsee. The starting point is the Alte Säge parking lot, about a 20-minute drive from the hotel. The 9.5-kilometer trail, with 630 meters of elevation gain, winds through beautiful nature alongside babbling streams.
